According to Wikipedia Rajinder Krishan Duggal also credited as Rajendra Krishan, was an Indian poet, lyricist and screenwriter. His poems and lyrics were in the Urdu language. He was born on June 6, 1919 and died on September 23, 1987, Awards : Filmfare Award for Best Lyricist
